How much do your homes cost to build?

The cost of our homes can vary significantly based on a number of factors, including the location and topography of the building site, the size and complexity of the design, the level of finishes, and any custom features you choose. We work closely with each client to design a home that aligns with both their vision and budget.

During our initial conversations, we’ll guide you through what to expect based on your specific goals and site conditions.

As a general reference, the finished cost of our homes—excluding land and other soft costs—typically ranges from $450 to $750 per square foot. This includes, design, drafting, engineering, transport of materials to the site, and our industry exclusive Lifetime Structural Warranty.

Yes, we regularly work with clients who already own land. In fact, designing a custom home that responds to the unique features of your property—such as topography, views, orientation, and access—is one of the most important parts of the process. If you already have a site, we’ll start by evaluating it together to ensure the design takes full advantage of its potential while aligning with your goals and budget.
