Most of our completed homes fall between $450 and $750 per square foot (not including land or soft costs). That includes design, drafting, engineering, material delivery, and our Lifetime Structural Warranty, exclusive to the Lindal system.
Our homes offer a high level of customization to fit your unique vision. You can begin with one of Lindal’s existing floor plans and tailor the layout, materials, and finishes to suit your tastes. If you want more control, our Sketch Service lets you modify those plans or develop a fresh design based on your ideas and budget.
