The cost of our homes can vary significantly based on a number of factors, including the location and topography of the building site, the size and complexity of the design, the level of finishes, and any custom features you choose. As a general reference, the finished cost of our homes—excluding land and other soft costs—typically ranges from $450 to $750 per square foot. This includes, design, drafting, engineering, transport of materials to the site, and our industry exclusive Lifetime Structural Warranty.
Yes, we regularly work with clients who already own land. In fact, designing a custom home that responds to the unique features of your property—such as topography, views, orientation, and access—is one of the most important parts of the process. If you already have a site, we’ll start by evaluating it together to ensure the design takes full advantage of its potential while aligning with your goals and budget.
We serve clients throughout Western New York, including Buffalo, Rochester, Chautauqua, and the Finger Lakes region. In addition to our local projects, we also build nationally. If you have property in another state—such as a vacation home or future getaway—we can help you design and build there as well.
